Annotate tab > Dimensions group > 
(Isometric dimension), ISODIM
Draw isometric dimensions.
Do the following:

Select a line you want to dimension.

Enter dimension line insertion point.
The command will automatically set the values of the DIMOBANGLE system variable and text oblique to fit the isometric angle.
