Draw continuous lines
Home tab > Draw group > Line menu > Continuous line, CLINE
Draw a continuous line with multiple node points.
Do the following:
-
Indicate the start point. If you want to start the line from the end point of the previously drawn line, press Enter.
-
Indicate the next point.
-
Indicate the rest of the points. You can close the lines by entering CLOSE on the command line. The program connects the start point of the first line and the end point of the previous line.
-
Stop drawing by pressing Enter.
Even though you draw the lines in sequence, every line segment is its own object. If you want to draw a continuous line as a single object, draw it as a polyline. For more information, see Draw polylines and wide polylines.
The Undo function removes all lines that you have drawn as a continuous line.
