Draw constructional lines
Home tab > Draw group > (Constructional line) menu > Draw constructional line, CLDRAW
Draw a constructional line.
Do the following:

Select line type.

Enter start point.

Enter end point.

Indicate the outside of the line by entering a point on the side on which the constructional line will be drawn.

End the command by entering the same point twice or by pressing Esc.
If the line definition cannot be divided evenly across the length of the line, the command will scale the symbols accordingly. The program will create a linetype description file that contains information about the constructional linetype needed to fix the corners. The definition file has the same name as the linetype with a .VTY extension.
You can select the function from the Grip edit context menu. The contents of the context menu depends on the selected object.
Do the following:

Select an object using Grip edit.

Right-click to open the context menu.

Select the desired function from the menu.
