Enter points
Enter points in the middle of two points or a square, or at a distance of a specified offset from a given point.
There are six different input modes:
-
Points – Define a line by entering two points. The point will be inserted to the middle of the two points.
-
Square – Define a rectangle by entering two points. The point will be inserted to the center of the rectangle.
-
Offset – Enter X offset, then enter Y offset, and finally the basepoint.
-
Intersection – Select two existing lines. The points will inserted to the imaginary intersection of the selected lines.
-
Extended offset – Enter X and Y offset. Then enter X and Y basepoints. The point will inserted to the defined offset from the basepoint.
-
Crosshair offset – Enter a basepoint, and move the crosshair to indicate the angle. Enter distance numerically. The function will enter a point in the angle indicated by the crosshair position at a distance specified by the distance value.
You can also enter the X or Y coordinate only:

Enter the Y coordinate similarly.
