Show, hide and list toolbars.

? - List all toolbars in all loaded menus. Enter the toolbar ID or name. You can use wildcards ? and *.

Show – Show a selected toolbar. Enter the toolbar ID or name. You can use wildcards ? and *.

Hide – Hide a selected toolbar. Enter the toolbar ID or name. You can use wildcards ? and *.
You can show and hide toolbars by moving the cursor on top of a toolbar and right-clicking the mouse. This will open a popup menu showing the available toolbars or menu groups, depending on whether you right-clicked a particular toolbar or an empty space beside a toolbar.
