Symbols menu > Change symbol
With this function, you can change a symbol to another symbol in the drawing.
The function takes the scale factors of the symbols and drawing into consideration in order to, e.g., replace a lighting equipment with a linear light fixture without problems.
Do the following:

Indicate the symbol name which is to be replaced with another.

Enter new symbol name or * and show the new (replacing) symbol from the drawing.

Select the symbols to be used in the replacement.
