Create a 3D surface with points

3D tab > 3D draw group >  Hatch 3D surface menu > Hatch with 3D surfaces, define enclosed area, HP3DFACE

Fill a defined area with a 3D polyfacemesh object.

Do the following:

  1. Indicate the first node point that defines the area.

  2. Enter as many node points as you want.

  3. If you want to add a hole to the polyfacemesh, do the following:

    1. Enter Hole on the command line.

    2. Indicate the node points for the hole.

    3. If you want to add more holes, repeat steps a–b.

  4. When you have defined the area and any holes to it, press Enter.

The program divides the area into triangles and fills it with a 3D polyfacemesh.
