You can draw an arc in the following ways:

• 3 point arc

  1. Indicate the start point.

  2. Indicate the perimeter point, or enter E on the command line to indicate the end point first.

  3. Indicate the third point (which is either the end point or the perimeter point).

• Centerpoint arc

  1. Indicate the centerpoint or the circle.

  2. Indicate the start point of the arc.

  3. Indicate the end point of the arc or enter the angle on the command line.

     Note that the end point is located counter-clockwise from the start point on the perimeter of the circle.

• Chord arc

  1. Indicate the start point.

  2. Indicate the end point.

  3. Indicate the perimeter point.

• Tangential arc

  1. Indicate the start point of the arc.

  2. Indicate the direction of the tangent.

  3. Indicate the end point of the arc.

• Tangential arc for circle/arc

  1. Select an object that you want to draw a tangential arc for.

  2. Indicate the start point of the arc.

  3. Indicate the direction of the arc.

  4. Indicate the end point of the arc.

• Tangential line between two circles or arcs

  1. Select the first object on the side that you want the tangential line to connect to.

  2. Select the second object on the side that you want the tangential line to connect to. The program calculates the shortest path between the objects and draws the tangential line according to that.
