With these functions, you can draw circles and ellipses in the following ways:

  • Centerpoint circle – Indicate the centerpoint and the radius.
  • 2 point circle – Indicate two opposite points on the circumference.

  • 3 point circle – Indicate three points on the circumference.

  • Centerpoint ellipse

    1. Indicate the centerpoint of the ellipse.

    2. Indicate the end point of the first axis.

    3. Indicate the end point of the second axis.

  • Axes ellipse

    1. Indicate the start point of the first axis.

    2. Indicate the end point of the first axis.

    3. Indicate the end point of the second axis.

  • Isometric ellipse

    1. Indicate the centerpoint of the ellipse.

    2. Indicate the end point of the first axis.

    3. Indicate the end point of the second axis.

    4. Indicate the start angle of the arc.

    5. Indicate the end angle of the arc.

Note that the end point of the arc is situated counter-clockwise from the start point along the perimeter of the ellipse.

Use the ISO circle function according to the instructions above when you are drawing an ellipse on an isometric scale. For more information, see Use grid and Set isometric crosshair.
