If the program encounters a problem and closes unexpectedly, user can send an error report to support to diagnose problems with the software. The error report includes information about the state of your system at the time the error occurred. User can also add other information, such as what you were doing and drawings that were open at the time of the error. This will help developer to found possible error in software.

Lastly, an user's email can be attached to the report, which enable support to ask more information or announce state/information regarding an error.
