With customer IDs, you can add alternative IDs for devices, to be used in drawings and reports.

Show customer IDs – Show customer IDs and hide real device IDs.

Add customer ID attributes to all symbols in drawing – Add attributes for Customer ID (E_CUSTID) for all symbols in the drawing.

Show real IDs – Show real device IDs and hide customer IDs.
You can define customer IDs in Electrical DB Tool.
Customer ID is stored in symbol's attribute E_CUSTID:
