With this function, you can move the selected device symbol to a cableway with the desired elevation and angle.
Do the following:

Right-click the symbol, and select Attach symbol to cableway.

Select the cableway to which you want to attach the symbol. The Attach symbol to cableway dialog opens.
- Define the settings:
- Symbol's angle – Fixed keeps the symbol in absolute angle not depending on the angle of the cableway. By element rotates the symbol to same angle with the cableway. Addition to element angle is added to the angle from previous selections.
- Define symbol's vertical offset to cableway – Symbols position in relation to cableway, top level, middle or bottom level. Offset to selected level can be added to move the elevation to up (positive value) or down (negative value).
- Symbol's horizontal location on cableway – Symbol's alignment to the middle of nearest edge of the cableway.
- Pick a new insertion point on cableway – You can select new insertion point on cableway, otherwise a nearest point will be used.
- Click OK.
