Tables menu > Create drawing list
With this function, you can create a drawing list from the selected drawings. The function retrieves the field texts, which have been defined in the drawing list settings, from the caption labels of selected drawings and attaches them to the drawing list frame.
If there already are elements on the sheet when you start the function, the program asks if you want to create a new sheet. If you select to create the new sheet, the list is added there. Furthermore, if the list continues to another sheet with elements on it, a new sheet is created to fit the list.
When the drawing list is created, the contents of the list is copied to the Windows clipboard as well. The data is copied separated with a tabulator character so that it is easy to attach to, e.g., Excel spreadsheet. It is recommended to format certain columns as text (not as "common") in the Excel spreadsheet so that Excel does not interpret, e.g., sheet marking 1/5 as a date.
