Dimension a line taking fillets into account.
Do the following:

Select line or polyline segment.

Enter dimension line insertion point.
Extension lines
If you select a line that has been filleted, by default this function adds extension lines on them. You can set extension lines on/off by entering a keyword Extensionwhen selecting the object. This setting status is saved and will be the default setting for the next time.
