Fill table frames

Electrical tab > Other functions group > Tables menu > Fill tables

With this function, you can fill the table frame inserted to the drawing.

Each table has a unique fill function which can be used to edit the table. The function will detect the table frame type used in the drawing and start the corresponding fill function. Unless the function detects the frame, the user must indicate the frame symbol.

Every fill function operates in a similar manner. You can use the arrow keys to move to the desired text field, where you want to insert text, change existing text, or delete text.

You can use the following keys and key combinations:

  • Arrow up = Move the text bar up

  • Arrow down = Move the text bar down

  • Arrow to the right = Move the text bar to the next column

  • Arrow to the left = Move the text bar to the previous column

  • F2 = Edit the text

  • F3 = Select a standard text from the display menu

  • F4 = Delete text

  • F6 = Copy the column

  • F7 = Quit the fill function

  • F9 = Text display; print / do not print the column text

  • End/Home = Move to the end/beginning of the table

  • Ins/Del = Insert/Delete row

  • Ctrl + I= Insert several rows

  • Ctrl + D = Delete several rows

  • PgUp/PgDn = Next/Previous page

  • F1 = Undo previous function

  • Shft + F1: Reset = Resets previous Undo

  • Ctrl + C = Copies row

  • Ctrl + X = Cuts row

  • Ctrl + V = Pastes row

  • Ctrl + M = Types text in a dialog box
