On the Holes tab, you can make openings required by the electrical installations in the architectural layout drawing, for example. Openings done by this function can be exported to 3D-model or IFC-file.
Hole functions can be used to make hole marks in the drawing. Mark made with this function can be exported to IFC file, other programs like Tekla Structures can import this information and use it.
