Bracket Length For Markings
Set the minimum length for brackets that will get a marking. Smaller brackets will not get a marking.
To use this setting, you must first enable the Markings For Brackets setting.
Markings For Brackets
Defines if marking lines are added for brackets.
- Disabled – Brackets will not get a marking line. Also no partnumber is added.
 - Brackets against construction – Only brackets attached to construction get a marking line.
 - Related brackets only – Only brackets with a relation get a marking line.
 - Brackets and related brackets – Both brackets and related brackets get a marking line.
 
Marking Text Bracket
Set the text for a marking line from a bracket. In addition to the fields defined in the logistical layout, the following fields can be used:
- Part Code – Defines that the construction type specific part code is used. This code is specified in the file %ncgnorms%\material.ins by the 'prpa' line.
 - Object Number – The objectnumber.
 - AttRecNr – The attribute record number of the part. The number is 0 if the part has no attribute record.
 - PlateRecNr – The plate record number of the part, or that of its parent plate-like part if the part has no plate record itself.
 - WBD Branch 1..9 – The Work Breakdown name of a specific level.
 
Also, user defined texts or environment variables (between % signs) can be added.
Related Bracket Prefix
Define a prefix for the partnumber of a related bracket. If defined, the following term is replaced:
- prpa – Defines that the partcode depending on the construction type is used. This code is specified in the file %ncgnorms%\material.ins by the 'prpa' line.
 
This setting is applicable only if the Markings For Brackets setting is set to a value that includes related brackets.
Related Bracket Postfix
Define a postfix for the partnumber of a related bracket. If defined, the following term is replaced:
