Create configurations for RTF output.

All the RTF Layout funtions open a similar dialog. The only difference is in the content of the Available reports list.

The Available reports list contains the names of the reports and list layouts for which you can create configurations. The configuration for each report is stored in a report-specific configuration file.

Selecting <Default> creates the general configuration for reports or layout lists.

For every configuration the following parameters can be set:

Parameter	Description
Paper size	Supported are A4 portrait, A4 landscape and A3 landscape
Margin header	The margin between the top of the page and the header
Margins body	Margins for left, right, top and bottom
Margin footer	The margin between the bottom of the page and the footer
Font, general	Font properties for the index line, body and footer
Font, header	Font properties for the header

Set defaults resets the settings to their default values.

Save configuration saves the settings to the configuration file.

The supported fonts are currently Arial, Courier New, and Times New Roman.
