New Item Properties

Select which set of values for pen number, layer, and line pattern are used when drawing a new 2D-item.

Use current values (default) - Use the current values displayed in the linestyle toolbar.

Use defaults – Use the default values, defined with the following functions in the System Management application

• Pen number – Drawings > Pen Colours
• Layer – The first layer name is the default. Layers are defined with Drawings > Layer Definition > Layers.
• Line pattern – Drawings > Dash Patterns

Selection Menu, Add Selection

When set to Enabled (default), the Add Selection option is preselected when the Edit > Select function is used in the 2D-Contek, 3D-Contek and Shell applications.

In this case newly selected items will be added to items that were already selected before the Select function was activated.

If set to Disabled, the Selection option is preselected. In this case the first selected item will start a new selection.
