Set how plate cutting data is generated for shell frames.

• Skip straight (default) – Plate cutting data is generated for curved shell frames only.
• Handle all as straight – Plate cutting data for curved shell frames is generated so that it presents them as straight and having the real length, similar to shell frame sketches.
• All – Plate cutting data is generated for curved and straight shell frames.
• None – No plate cutting data is generated for shell frames.
