General principle

The conversion program reads the Nupas Hull database and creates Tribon scheme files. These files can be used as input for the Tribon program. Conversion is done in several phases:

phase 0, conversion of materials, table file and hullcurves.
phase 1, conversion of shellframes, plates and profiles without topology.
phase 2, conversion of plates and profiles with topology and other construction elements.

The scheme files created during a conversion phase must be run in Tribon before they can be updated with the scheme files of the next phase because of possible references to construction parts.

For every panel in Nupas Hull a Tribon scheme file will be created.
