Configuring the Outfitting applications

Prerequisites

The links point to Online Help in the Cadmatic Product Documentation portal at docs.cadmatic.com.

• The CADMATIC desktop (the Outfitting tool) has been installed. See CADMATIC Diagram, Plant/Outfitting > Administrating CADMATIC > Installation.
• Plant Modeller has been installed. See CADMATIC Diagram, Plant/Outfitting > Administrating CADMATIC > Installation.
• Plant Modeller Service and Plant Modeller Service instance have been installed. See CADMATIC Diagram, Plant/Outfitting > Administrating CADMATIC > Plant Modeller Service.
• CADMATIC eShare has been installed along with an SQL server. See CADMATIC eShare > Administration > System and Project Administration > System Administration > Project Management > Adding a New Project.
• In eShare, a project that can later be linked to Plant Modeller Service has been created. See CADMATIC eShare > Administration > Installation and Configuration > Introduction.
• There is at least one Plant Modeller area available. See CADMATIC Diagram, Plant/Outfitting > Getting Started > CADMATIC Desktop > Desktop with Outfitting Licensing.
• If a special user account is used for Plant Modeller service, the user has been added to eShare and the eShare project. See CADMATIC eShare > Administration > System and Project Administration > System Administration > User Management > Adding a New User.
