Adjusting directions when passing reversed frame / MS / base

With the toggle Adjust directions passing reversed frame/MS/base the user can set how to handle thickness and body directions of plates and profiles while passing the reversed frame, midship or base during copying. For an example, see the figure below.

The default behaviour is to adjust the thickness direction in such a way that the vector indicating the thickness direction of a part is copied according to the specified copy action. That means that if initially the thickness direction is towards reversed frame, it will be unchanged while shifting over reversed frame/MS/base, but it will be reversed while mirroring over reversed frame/MS/base.
