Alternative lug types
Alternative lug types should be defined together with alternative cutout types. If alternative cutouts with lugs are defined, also alternative lugs must be defined. Each alternative cutout type must have a corresponding alternative lug type.
When the related cutout has an alternative type, and the user wants to add a lug, the system looks for a corresponding alternative lugs. If there is no corresponding alternative lug, the system displays a warning informing the user that an alternative lug type could not be found. In these cases, the Hull system administrator should create the needed alternative lug types.
The alternative cutout type and the corresponding lug type are indicated by name. If the user uses cutout type 100C, the corresponding lug alternative is C of the selected lug type, and the system will automatically use it.
Alternative lugs are defined in the same way as alternative cutouts. See Alternative cutout types.
