Profile types

The type files with numbers 400–448 are stored in the profs, profs3d and profs2d directories. These type files describe the shape definition of user defined profiles and pillars as well as the line positions when these profiles are show in plan or bulb view. Also the shape and line positions of standard profiles can be re-defined by type files. Standard profiles have a number range of 400–420.

Basic position of profiles

The profile shape must be defined in the first quadrant and have their standard height in the Y direction and standard thickness in X direction.

The standard profile dimensions are:

• H1 = profile height

• B1 = profile thickness

• W1 = flange size

• F1 = flange thickness
