Weld lines on profile base lines

Weld lines on profile base lines are presented for:

Profiles in plan view
Profiles in bulb view
Profiles in cross section

Weld lines in cross section are presented at the base of the profile from molded to the thickness side.

Weld lines on profile end shapes

Weld lines on profiles end shapes are presented for:

Profiles in plan view (end lines of first and second end shape)
Profiles in bulb view
- the weld lines belonging to the third and fourth end shape when a profile is not presented with an end flag
- the weld lines belonging to the first and second end shape when the item is a pillar
Profiles in cross section when the weld line stops before or after the plane of the view

Weld line on end type evaluation

The welds are calculated differently based on the selected weld side method for the end types. The weld side method can be configured according to the Weld side rules (these can be defined based on different parameters such as bevel type, thicknesses or welding method). By choosing all the end types sides to be WELD_SIDE_MIDDLE, the weld lines will be presented as single line. For all other cases, the weld lines at end types are presented as contour lines.

If the weld method and the throat height are the same for end types 1 and 3 or 2 and 4, then the weld lines will be joined together if possible.

If the weld method of the predefined bevel is 0, then the bevel is created but there is no accompanying weld line applied.
