JT export

You can export 3D model objects to a JT file (*.jt; binary format).

Prerequisites

  • Project database contains a suitable JT export configuration that defines the 3D publishing control to use, the model query to use to select the objects to export, and other export settings, as described in JT export settings. The publishing control can also contain tags that publish insulation attributes.

Do the following:

  1. On the Model tab, in the Content group, select Export > JT. The Select JT export settings dialog opens, listing the JT exports defined in the project database.

  2. Select the export configuration to use, and click OK.

  3. In the Select output file dialog, specify the export location and file name, and click Save.
