Common components for ladder TYPE A and B

  • Fastening lug (1)

    Select catalog part used as fixing lug. Keyword must contain word LUG and it must be according to GB 4444-84.

  • Fastening bolt (2)

    Select catalog part used as fixing bolt. Keyword must contain word BOLT and the must be sizes M24x50 and M12x30.

  • Fastening nut (3)

    Select catalog part used as fixing nut. Keyword must contain word NUT and there must be sizes M24 and M12.

  • Step (4)

    Select catalog part used as step. Keyword must contain word STEP and there must be widths 400, 500, 600, 700 and 800.

Components for ladder TYPE A

  • Side angle bar (5)

    Select catalog part used as side beam. Keyword must contain word BEAM and there must be sizes L40x4, L50x4 and L50x6.

  • Plate between side beams (6)

    Select catalog part used as plate between side beams. Keyword must contain word PLATE and there must be thickness 10mm.

  • Fixing plate of railing (7)

    Select catalog part used as fixing plate of railing. Keyword must contain word PLATE and there must be size 135x50 -6mm.

Components for ladder TYPE B

  • Side flat bar (5)

    Select catalog part used as side beam. Keyword must contain word BEAM and there must be flat bar 150x8.

  • Side angle bar (5)

    Select catalog part used as side beam. Keyword must contain word BEAM and there must be sizes L160x36 and L180x40.

    Note: Angle bar for ladder type B is used when stair length (L) exceeds 1501mm with following formula: stair length(L) = (height-200) / sin(α)

  • Fixing plate of railing (7)

    Select catalog part used as fixing plate of railing. Keyword must contain word PLATE and there must be plate thickness 9mm width 100mm.

    Select type for the ladder and its adjusted height. User can also select the width/angle of stairs and where to adjust.

  3. Enter a name for the structural unit.
