Ductlines

To enable the designers to route air ducts in the 3D model, the project administrator must first prepare the required ductline definitions in the project environment.

A ductline definition specifies, for example, which ducting and insulation specifications can be used, and whether out-of-spec ducting parts are allowed.

Ductline definitions can be managed through various locations, including the following:

• File > Environment > Systems and Lines

• File > Environment > All Library and Project > [project] > Ductlines

• The Model Tree pane of Plant Modeller—see Managing tree items

The project environment can have one or several Systems for ductlines.
