Queries

In CADMATIC design applications, you can use queries to locate and select objects within the model area. These queries can be simple or advanced. A simple query involves searching for specific object attributes' values, but it cannot be saved for future use or shared with other users. Advanced queries, created using the query editor tool, allow detailed settings to be defined for selecting a specific set of objects for a particular purpose. These advanced queries can be temporary, locally stored, or saved in the project environment.
