Check welds

The Check Welds group consists of three functions for checking the integrity of welds:

• Check welds in active weld group – Reports welds in the active weld group where one or more of the welded parts no longer exist in the area model.

• Check welds in groups – Reports welds in the selected weld groups where one or more of the welded parts no longer exist in the area model.

• Check for welds in no group – Reports orphan welds which do not belong to any weld group.

Note: It is good design practice to run these checks before you make weld drawings or export Excel reports of welds.
