Queries

In CADMATIC design applications, queries can be used to locate and select objects in the model area. These queries can be simple or advanced. A simple query searches for specific object attribute values, but cannot be saved or shared. Advanced queries created with the query editor allow detailed selection criteria to be defined for selecting specific objects for a defined purpose. They can be temporary, stored locally, or saved in the project environment.
