Orbit point
The Orbit Point toolbar button allows setting an orbit point by right-clicking the 3D view. A dashed-line marker is displayed at the location of the orbit point, as shown below, and you can rotate the 3D view around this point until you click the Orbit Point button again to exit the orbit mode.
