Attributes from GDL object

If you have started Component Modeller to create a new geometric model object (GDL), the attribute editor is opened right away. You can see a list of COS attributes assigned to the geometric model object. By default, the attributes appearing on the editor are the ones that have been marked as recommended attributes for this object type in the COS schema.

In the picture below you can see that there is set only one recommended attribute for object type GDL for Structural Component.

You can select which COS attributes to assign to the object type by clicking Select Attributes. If no recommended attributes exist, the list of all assigned attributes opens when you create a new GDL.
