Rotate
On the Structural tab, in the Edit group, the Rotate tool allows you to rotate objects whose type is Equipment, Structural Component, or Beam.
Note: All object types can be rotated with the rotate tool described in Set commands.
Do the following:

On the Structural tab, in the Edit group, click Rotate.

Select the object to be rotated, and press Enter to accept the selection.

If the object is a beam, do the following:

Use the Select reference point (B) command to select the reference point for the rotation.

Define the amount of rotation:

Use the mouse or the arrow keys to rotate the object.

Use the Enter rotation angle (Alt+R) command to type the rotation angle.

If the object is a structural or equipment, do the following:

Pick a base point for the rotation.

Define the rotation axis:

Select a main axis by clicking the center of the selection wheel or using the Change rotation main axis (O) command.

Select a custom axis by pressing P and defining the axis direction using context-menu commands.

Define the amount of rotation:

Use the mouse or the arrow keys to rotate the object.

Use the Enter rotation angle (Alt+R) command to type the rotation angle.

Use the Align to coordinate axes (Alt+A) command to align the object with the coordinate axes.

Press Enter to accept the rotation.
