Access keys

Access keys (hotkeys, mnemonics) are alphanumeric keys that allow users to navigate the user interface with a keyboard instead of using a pointing device.

To see the access keys that you can use, press and release the Alt key. Key tips are displayed on the ribbon interface.

Press the displayed key of the feature you want to access. Depending on which key you pressed, either a function is performed or you are shown additional access key tips and you can continue pressing keys to access the related functions.

Or, you can press Alt again to exit the access key functionality and hide the access key tips.
