Saving

You can save files in three different ways in Plant Modeller:

• Save – Save the drawing to you workspace. Nobody else can see your modifications.

• Update & Save – Save the drawing to your workspace and update COS. Other designers can see the latest version (which you are still working with). Your drawing will also be included in the COS backup.

• Check In – Save and check in your drawing when it is ready. Data is saved to COS and the work copy of drawings is removed from your workspace. After this someone else can continue working with your drawing.
