Copy a pump

The second pump is missing on the pump foundation. Copy the existing one onto the drawing.

Do the following:

1. Select Home > Copy.

2. Set the Top view as a Controlling View.

   Note: The Controlling View is one of the currently open views. It is marked by a small rectangle drawn around the coordinate axes shown in the lower left corner of the view window. The name of the controlling view is also shown in the status window. To change the controlling view, press either Tab or 4.

3. Click the pump you want to copy.

4. Press Enter to accept the selection.

   Note: During navigation, you can use 2D hit property to improve snapping geometric entities. See 2D navigation commands for more information.

5. Set Number of copies to 1 and Distance between copies to 750.

6. Name the pump according the working area, such as P002A (the existing one is named P001A).

   In the area HH, the name of the pump would be P002H.
