Stretch objects. The program moves all points inside the selected area (line and arc endpoints, polyline node points, dimension points) to a new location and stretches the lines between them.
You cannot stretch certain objects, such as circles.
Do the following:

Indicate the two points of the stretch area so that the part that you want to stretch is inside it. If an object is entirely inside the stretch area, the program moves it instead of stretching. If you select objects that you do not want to include in the stretch, select them again to exclude them.

Indicate the base point.

Place the stretched objects to the new location.
The program stretches the objects that are inside the stretch area. If you stretch associative dimension objects, the program updates their dimension values automatically.
