Scale menu > Resize objects, RESIZE
Scale the size of symbols, texts, attributes, and hatches. The program scales objects relative to their reference points, which are their insertion points.
Do the following:

In the Resize dialog, enter the scale factor.

Select the object types that you want to scale.

Select the object selection method.

Click OK.

(Optional) Select the objects that you want to resize.
The program resizes the objects.
Note that if you resize text objects that have multiple lines of text, the program does not scale the line gaps properly. To scale text with multiple lines properly, edit the text settings of the text objects. See Edit text blocks.
