Scale drawing

Home tab > Modify group >  Scale menu > Scale drawing, SCALEDRAWING

Scale the entire drawing using a known distance in the drawing.

Do the following:

  1. Indicate two points that define a distance that you know, such as a window frame or one side of a piece of equipment.

  2. Enter the known distance on the command line.

The program scales the drawing so that the distance that you indicated becomes the length that you entered. The program unlocks locked layers and turns filtering off for the duration of the command.
