Edit multiple text objects

Annotate tab > Text group > Edit, TEDIT

Edit the contents of one or multiple text objects. Use the function when you want to edit the contents of multiple texts. If you want to replace a string of text in multiple objects, use the Find and replace strings function.

Do the following:

1. Select the text elements that you want to edit.

2. Press Enter. The Modify text dialog opens.

3. Edit the text.

4. Click OK. If you selected multiple text elements, a new Modify text dialog opens.

5. Edit the rest of the elements by repeating steps 3–4.

The program updates the contents of the text elements.
