Create and edit protective devices

On the Groups tab, you can select several group feeders for which you want to create the same protective device. If you select feeders that already have a protective device, they are edited according to your definitions.

Do the following:

1. Select the Groups tab.

2. Select the desired feeder rows from the grid with Ctrl and Shift.

Tip: To make defining easier, organize and filter the rows first.

3. Right-click and select Create / edit protective device.

   

   The Create / edit protective device dialog opens.

   

   • If you selected an individual row with protective device already defined, the information is shown in the fields.

   • If you selected several rows, no information is shown in the fields even if some of the selected feeders already have a protective device defined – in these cases, the existing protective devices are then edited according to your definitions.

   The function creates the first available ID starting with FU for the protective device.
