Define size data of equipment

Layout tab > Devices group > Size data

With this function, you can define the size data to the device symbols in the drawing. In the drawing, size data is shown as a scalable symbol, which creates a sub-occurrence. If the data comes from a product model, size data is not set for the device.

Do the following:

1. Select the devices for which you want to define the size data. The indicated lighting equipment symbols need not be created by Electrical; you can create the size marking regardless of the software used to define the light fixtures.

   The Define size of devices dialog opens. The dialog shows device's current size data.

2. Select the shape for the size data symbol. You can define size data even if the selected devices had different shapes and sizes.

3. Enter the size data, or select from the previous sizes.



The list of the available sizes is updated as you define new sizes.

4. Click OK. The size data marking is drawn around the light fixture's insertion point according to the given measures.
