Weld Symbols

Weld symbols are automatically visible in cross sections. The position of these symbols is controlled by the intersection of the seams with the cross section position. The model type, scale and the relevant seam numbers can be controlled by these settings. The models used for weld symbols can be customized by the system administrator. See Customizing weld symbols for more information.

Weld Symbol For Views

Determines the weld symbol that is used when weld symbols are replaced using the Welds > Symbols/Dimensions > Replace Weld Symbols function, and if the model <project>\norms\cvar\weld\weld3.mod does not exist.

Scale Factor

Sets the scale factor for weld symbols. This factor is only applicable for scales other than 1:25.

Hull Group Weld Symbol Rotation

Defines the hull group numbers for which weld symbols are rotated 180 degrees.
