View project information, launch the Check Out/In dialog for the selected COS (distributed) project, and add or remove standalone (local) projects.
The dialog shows the following information:
Name – Name of the project; either the name of the project directory (standalone projects), or the name of the COS database without the .pms extension (COS projects).
Type – Project type: standalone or COS.
Description – Description of the project.
Site – Name of the COS site (only projects included in the projectlist.xml administration file).
HCA service – Name of the HCA service for the project.
Project Folder – Location of the project folder.
Add Standalone Project – Open the Add Standalone Project dialog where you can enter a description for the standalone project, and define the path to the project location.
Remove Standalone Project – Remove a standalone project from hull administration. This function is available only when you have first selected a standalone project.
Note: When removing projects from hull administration, no files are removed from the disk.
Check Out/In – Open the Check Out/In dialog for a COS project selected in the grid. You can also open the dialog by double-clicking the project. This function is not available when a standalone or predefined project is selected.
Refresh – Refresh the information in the grid. You can also use F5 to refresh.
