To include fields in a sketch layout

  1. Open the appropriate sketch layout function. See Modifying Sketch Layouts.
  2. From the Fields lists, select the field to be included in the sketch and click Add field.
  3. To remove a field from the sketch layout, select the field either from the Fields list or by selecting the field indication in the sketch layout, and click Remove field.
  4. When you have finished including fields, click Save. See Saving sketch layouts.

To specify the report field properties

  1. Create a new report layout or open an existing report. See Creating Report Layouts.
  2. In the Report Layout dialog, click Detail.
  3. If you are creating a new report layout, add the necessary fields. For more information, see Detail.
  4. In the Selected Fields list, click on the field you want to change.
    In Options for selected field, change the properties of the selected field.
