Managing block groups and blocks

You can create regular, virtual and reference surface block groups and blocks. Each block must be assigned to a block.

The main phases of setting up block groups and blocks for a project is as follows:

1. Create block groups. See Managing block groups.
2. Predefine blocks and assign them to the block groups defined in step 1. See Predefining blocks.
3. Physically create the blocks that were predefined in step 2. See Creating blocks.
