Removing hull lines

Hull lines can be removed when

• They have been created with the Insert Hull Line function. Hull lines that have been created in external shape databases (i.e. knuckles, angled curves) cannot be removed with this function.
• The corresponding hull line range subsets are checked out.

Do the following:

1. Check out the hull line range subsets containing the hull lines you want to remove.

2. In Shell, click the Remove > Hull Lines function on the General tab.

3. Select one or multiple hull lines to be removed by either indicating them in the graphical window, or by selecting them from the list of the available hull lines.

4. Select Overview of hull lines to open the list of all available hull lines.

5. Click OK to remove the indicated hull lines from the drawing and the database as well.

Note: Once a line has been deleted, the action cannot be reversed.
