Change the specification
During pipe routing, after selecting a routing point, you can change the specification of the pipe or its insulation from context-menu commands. Parts that you add to the route after that use the new specification.
If routing continues without a seam, for example when continuing a straight piece of pipe, then the whole part is set to use the new specification.

Change specification is available when routing a pipeline with at least one optional specification.
In the Select Spec dialog, select the specification to use.

Change insulation specification is available when routing a pipeline with at least one optional insulation specification.
In the Select Insulation dialog, select the insulation specification to use. If insulation is optional, also the option "No insulation" is available.
